Who We Are
Energy efficient technology evolves at an astounding pace, and funding avenues are often difficult to navigate: coming and going before most are aware of them. Facility representatives struggle to keep up with the changing industry and most cannot afford in-house specialists. They need a dedicated partner who can master this field and work on their behalf. Entriq Solutions is that dedicated partner.
Our team of experienced energy professionals have made careers of understanding the way buildings work, the fundamentals of efficiency measures, and how to combine the myriad components of a complex energy upgrade into one successful project. Entriq manages and performs all aspects of the energy project, together with any funding program requirements, so that the facility owners can focus on their core business model.

Bob Hausmann AIA, LEED AP
President | Partner
Bob has more than 35 years of management experience working with several nationally-recognized companies and is a retired partner with Miller-Valentine Group. He has worked in the fields of architecture, construction, development, and engineering in both the commercial and residential industries. Bob is a registered architect, affiliated with the USGBC LEED Program and the American Institute of Architects. He has served in leadership volunteer roles with numerous non-profits in the Greater Dayton area, including the YWCA, Habitat for Humanity, the Dayton Red Cross, and is presently President of the Board for Brigid’s Path, a local non-profit that provides inpatient medical care for drug-exposed newborns, non-judgmental support for mothers, and education services to improve family outcomes.
Josh Foor CEM, CEA
Director of Development | Partner
Josh is an experienced Project Development Engineer with a strong background in energy solutions. Since graduating with a Master’s Degree in Renewable and Clean Energy from the University of Dayton, Josh has grown with the energy efficiency industry, working most recently as the Director of Project Development for a rapidly growing energy services company. Josh has expertise in forging comprehensive energy solutions for projects of varying scope, successfully implementing over $50 million in energy conservation projects.
Brian Abels CEM, CEA
Director of Energy Management | Partner
Brian is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a focus in Energy Systems. He has over 9 years in the energy efficiency industry, working first as an Energy Engineer for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Industrial Assessment Center and later as Director of Engineering for a leading energy consulting firm. He specializes in understanding and modeling a wide variety of technologies to strategically utilize those that have the largest impact on facility energy consumption and performance. Brian has utilized this expertise to help facilities throughout the Midwest achieve over $5.2 million annually in energy savings.
Bill Reyer
Account Executive
After a successful career of 35 years in administration for the NCR Corporation, Bill retired and pursued his passions of sports administration and business development. Since 2005, Bill’s industry background has enabled him to help his clients through his role as a sales representative. At Entriq Solutions, Bill brings this experience to bear helping to lead the development team; assisting our clients to identify their opportunity to curb costs and maximize profitability through facility energy management. Since early in his career, Bill has also held numerous volunteer leadership roles ranging from local soccer programs and tournaments, athletic director, high school sports announcer for 17 years, high school event planning, and serving his community as both chairperson of the Miami Township Board of Zoning Appeals and as event co-chair for an international Christian ministry. Bill’s zeal for helping others shines through in all he does.
